YOU MAY:
1. create your own jigsaws with your logos and pictures;
2. distribute the Software and/or the created jigsaws;
3. use the created jigsaws for non-commercial and commercial purposes (promotions of your products, services, web site...).

YOU COULD:
1. put a notice about the Tibo Software's product(s) on your web site, newsletter, magazine...;
2. put the link to our web site http://www.tibosoftware.com at your web site;
3. put our Jigs@w Puzzle button banner at your web site (see http://www.tibosoftware.com/jpbutton.htm for more information).

YOU MAY NOT:
1. sell the Software and/or the created jigsaws;
2. create jigsaws with scandalous, obscene or immoral pictures;
3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software and/or the created jigsaws.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FORM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES.
